Join us in pursuing a fit mind, body and spirit.

Our training sessions are designed to help women balance and incorporate these aspects in their daily lives.


Boot Camp (5-6 AM & 6-7 AM) will be conducted by 2 certified personal trainers who want to help you reach your goals. We tailor our boot camps to meet the individual needs of our participants.

Due to the high demand of the 5 AM session, you may be put on a waiting list. If this is the case, we will notify you by email.

Elements that are included:
  • Inspirational thoughts or scripture of the day
  • Weekly weigh-ins
  • Measurements
  • Bodyfat/BMI analysis
  • One intense workout
  • Each participant is encouraged to keep a food journal.
